UPDATE: YOUR failure to remember what you tell a client and your failure to document is NOT a "misunderstanding". Especially after your client asked for clarification about this weird other way to bite, after being told not to bite like that before. The gaslighting was just so lovely. Saying that "there must have been a misunderstanding" 5 times doesn't change the fact that YOU FAILED to document. Absolutely pathetic lack of ability to admit that you even may have made a mistake. I'm not liking how my concerns get brushed over and then people talk around me, about me having a concern.

Then there wasn't record of a last visit, where I was told to have a wildly different bite pattern--one I was told NOT to do a yearish earlier when I tried it, just for the last six weeks to apparently be "okay now bite differently and wear these rubberbands to correct the bite. " just for one of the rubber band pegs to break off, and i go in to get that fixed, just for the other owner to not have an idea what I was talking about, and people are like "He says that we told him to bite that way" cause, yeahh that's literally what you did. But the attitude at my concerns seemed really dismissive out of nowhere. I'm sorry you guys aren't considering my words. Like hey, if I say that my bottom teeth are being squeezed too tight together, maybe don't dismiss it, cause oh my gosh, now I have a tooth getting stuck behind the others but now on the left side. So now the Braces are uncorrecting my smile, but they're on holiday now so I can't tell them that--I just woke up this way.

And I've already had these braces on my teeth to almost 3 years now, I think, but this'll seem like it'll push it back some. It shouldn't really be a laughing matter that I'm expressing a concern. I thought I knew these people.

I was a client with Walker Dixon as a child and needed one appointment as an adult and can say Walker Dixon is an incredible Orthodontist for children or adults, and their work holds up against the test of time. In the early 2000s they made my teeth look excellent after needing a lot of work and they still look excellent 12 years later! People still comment on how nice my teeth look, even though it’s been 12 years since I had ortho work done. 12 years later I needed a touch-up on my bottom retainer and my information was still in their system, they made very quick work of what I needed accomplished, and the staff was just as friendly as I’d remembered. This time around I just didn’t need my name to be placed into the raffle for a new bicycle (They have fun raffles for kids to receive a new bicycle.

) Walker-Dixon is absolutely who I would recommend to friends and family. Attached photo is about 10 years after receiving work from Walker Dixon; teeth still straight and aligned.

Back in the dark ages, my eldest daughter went to Dr. Vail, our neighborhood Orthodontist. Nearing retirement, Dr. Walker joined the practice, then Dr. Dixon. Now, I have 3 adult children with stellar smiles and #1 grandson is starting his journey to a strong, aligned bite and smile. Drs. Walker and Dixon are fantastic with their patients and provide stellar results!
