Dr. G is the best dentist around! I was having a lot of pain in my tooth and they fit me right in to see him! He also even made me smile (even though I was having so much pain)!! Hoping to save someone from the same misery I suffered at the hands of this dentist office. I was seen initially by Dr. Buzzell who performed 4 cavity fillings, this was a rushed procedure. At the end, she had left the room for her next patient while I was still in the middle of asking a question. Afterwards I had pain from one of the teeth and was seen by Dr. Li, who determined that the filling was made too big.

She tried to adjust the filling to the correct size on two different visits without improvement in my pain. On the third visit after, she redid the filling, again with no improvement in my pain. Dr Li then found out I had a crack in that tooth and that was the reason for my pain. I was told I needed a root canal and a crown because of the crack. The office is unwilling to accept that the first filling that was made too big as the reason for the crack. I asked the office to cover the expenses of the crown and they refused.

I am now left with 4 months of tooth pain and dental expenses I should never have if my initial filling was done right. I can accept mistakes, we all make them but the refusal to accept responsibility is plainly unprofessional. This office cannot be relied on to make things right. PS: Dr. Giordano no longer practices at the office, he owns it and refused to speak with me about my concerns.

I love my dentist, Dr. Giordano. He is thorough, highly skilled, kind and gentle. I have been going to him for years and would not go to any one else because he is THAT good. His staff are just as awesome. Each time I visit, I am a happy customer.
