I was able to get an early appointment due to the weather. My son was taken back in decent time and was told he was done. I asked to get a 6-month appointment, but one of the receptionists told me we needed to wait for the dental assistant to explain if any treatment plan is needed for him. We wait more than 20 minutes and no assistance. Then I asked a different receptionist, and she did ask another staff member, and they seemed confused until the dental assistant told us to come in a room where she explained to us that my son teeth was good.
She also mentioned that the receptionist could have checked in the system to let us go and give us an appointment. I understand they may have been busy day due to the weather, but a staff member should have apologized for their delay. I have been taking my kids there for several years, and this has been the first time this has happened to us possible due to a lack of customer service of staff change.

I have been going here for many years and always wanted to leave for many reasons. Today I am, my appointment was at 3pm, I have been waiting for more than 1 hour. I asked how much longer and they said 20-25 more minutes. This is unacceptable, I had to leave work early check out my son from school. Very poor customer service.

This dentist is very unprofessional. I’ve called multiple times and they never really answer. When they finally did answer I was told I couldn’t book an appointment for my son because my insurance hasn’t paid for an oral surgery that was completed ? How do you do a whole procedure if it was not paid for ?? I continuously tried to speak with the supervisor because she’s the only one telling me this information but yet she’s always in a meeting when I call.
My son has been crying about a toothache and I simply wanted to get it checked and for them to do a cleaning . We will be moving to a more professional dentistry.
