The service is really great. Dr. Blanco is very knowledgeable and treats patients like family. Wouldn't change him. His office staff is great as well and all very professional. Highly recommended

I was recommended by a friend so I made an appointment on April 12th. My appointment was for 11am and I was not seen until after noontime without any apology or explanation. I got the routine checkups including X-rays and a cleaning. Needed some more work done so I made another appointment for today April 19th at 2pm. When I got there at 1:50pm there was nobody in the lobby waiting but me so I was hoping to be seen on time.
Once again, I was very disappointed that I had to approach the receptionist after waiting for more than an hour without any explanation. The receptionist didn’t even acknowledge me or gave an explanation for the delay until I approached her. At that time I decided to cancel my appointment and look for services elsewhere. It is a lack of respect for a patient to sit around in two occasions for more than an hour without any explanation or apology. Would not recommend it at all!!!!!
