Dr McMaster is a fantastic dentist and he’s got a great support team in his office! I’ve had to switch dentists at times due to insurance and moving out of state, but every time I come back it feels like a reunion with an extended family. I can’t say enough about these guys. They’ve been my ‘primary’ dentist for 25-30 years.

I don’t normally rate businesses but this practice is worth leaving a review. The doctor and the dentist hygienist were very nice and professional but I’ll never return due to billing issues. I called and specifically requested to get a quote before getting any service done. I was told that my insurance covers preventative care visit even if I maximized the benefits for restorative work because these are two separate benefits within the plan.
At the day of service I asked If I owe anything and Front Office said “no”. 2 weeks late I was billed $142. This is unacceptable. If you don’t verify benefits for your clients or you have inaccurate info regarding billing and benefits let your customer know!

This might be the only honest Dental Practice left in my area! I have been trying to get myself established with a dentist I trust for years, and each time, I am met with outrageous “treatment plans” and declarations that I cannot be treated until I get a “deep cleaning. ” What a breath of fresh air Vinings Family Dentistry is! I went in for an exam, had a quick and easy cleaning done, was shown a very simple brushing technique that I have never heard elsewhere, made my next appointment and left very happy.
Great little place with wonderful people! I will never go anywhere else.
