I have been bringing my mother to Vibrant Smiles since 2021 and have had good service overall. However, on December 12, 2024 I had a very unexpected experience at this practice. My mother has advanced Alzheimer’s Dementia and is more-or-less non-verbal. But this issue had never been an issue at Vibrant Smiles in the past. In fact, prior to making the scheduled appointment, I was assured that this practice was able to provide service for elderly patients with similar conditions.
I understand that not everyone is comfortable working with individuals who have neurological conditions or special needs. But this should be something that doctors are briefed on prior to administering service. And alongside this, a doctor making fun of a patient for ANY REASON is extremely unacceptable. I’m very disappointed with Vibrant Smiles, we will not be returning as patients. Dr.
Clark is clearly not the type of dentist that should be administering care with his unprofessional demeanor behind patients’ backs. And to encourage that unprofessionalism with his front desk staff is outright unethical. I appreciate Ms. Suzette meeting with me about this matter; she advised that she would look into the situation further.

The entire team, Front Office, Hygienists, and Doctor, all made me completely comfortable and were all very nice and professional. This has truly been the best dentist visit I have ever had. I will be a regular patient and will recommend to everyone I know! Thank you!! Highly recommended!!!

I visited Vibrant Smiles 6/9/25. I had an amazing, professional encounter with Shatore, dental assistant. I thought she was the dentist. She was very approachable, answered all my questions, I can't put into words how blessed Vibrant Smile is to have such an awesome employee. Her pleasant approach made my visit very relaxing, great energy, at ease and confident in their ability to services my needs and concerns.
Shatore, deserve a raise, day off (I want her there when I come back lol), bonus and all the accolades for being an outstanding employee. She's a great listener. This practice needs to clone her. Shatore, thanks for being you. The world need more people like you!!!!!
