It seems some people are pleased with the service here. Maybe they treat some people better than others. I would absolutely not recommend them to anyone. I needed extractions in Aug. 2024. It took until May to get my teeth out. Communication is absolutely terrible. Once I finally got an appointment, the doctor got halfway through, chipped one of my teeth and it got stuck near the top of my throat. I was wheelchaired 3 blocks in the rain to get an Xray and had to come back again another day, more needles, more pain but told I'd have some pain meds waiting at my Pharmacy. They weren't there.

Back and forth back and forth, emails, phone calls and put on hold for 25minutes, 15minutes. . . for 4 hours now. Try speaking with a mouth full of gauze and no teeth. I'm in pain, no one answers the phone and the emails I received didn't make any sense. I can't get an answer from them on the phone. Maybe you'll get lucky and treated well. Maybe you'll end up like me, writing a bad review.

It wasn't my orthodontist first choice but because of insurance I was forced to make an appointment with this practice. The process of setting up an appointment was long, arduous, and involved several phone calls with VM's being left and returned several days later. The appointment was finally set for 2. 5 months in the future and we were anxiously waiting to have a consult. They informed us 2 weeks before our appointment hat we owed $447 in order to hold our appointment. I thought this was a little high considering all we were getting was a consult.

I called to discuss the charge and was informed that it was for a consult and an imaging that had to be done. I asked if it was possible to avoid this additional imaging and just review the images gathered by the orthodontist. I was told "no" they had to collect new images because the old ones might be encrypted and they could only do the consult with the images from their equipment. I requested that we come in for the consult and attempt to review the images before incurring the cost of another scan. They continued to tell me no and wouldn't allow me to get a clear understanding so I hung up the phone on the office manager Sara. I must have offended her because she then cancelled my appointment that had been on the books for several months.

I never requested it to be cancelled and now I'm stuck starting this whole process over again. I understand pre paying for voluntary procedures on a high deductible plan but I also know that these payments are coming directly from my hard earned paycheck and so I want to have a say in what procedures I'm being forced to go through and pay. This was the most unprofessional interaction I have ever had with a medical provider and I urge anyone reading these reviews to look at your other options before getting too far along with this practice.

Dr Rabinowitz and Dr H Watson are the best. AWESOME, AWESOME and AWESOME. I had major surgery done in 2024. That lasted until now(6/25). They both explained the process in detail. I have a analytical mind. And can be a little bold when it come to me. We entertain alternate options. And we all agreed on my procedure.

They both explained the process in detail before, during and after. I have found a dental oral doctor for life. Dr Watson, I will miss you. But I am happy to know you. I know you will do well in your future endeavors. Where ever you go. I know you will be a great doctor.
