Been going here for a few months my teeth needs a crap tone of work and they have been so kind and not rude about it getting this bad and then and the dental student have been working they’re butt off trying to save every tooth they can

A complete joke they will literally gaslight you and say that they did call you to reschedule even tho I had no phone calls and they are very rude takes about 5 months to set a appointment for it to get cancelled it seems like the dentist from little shop of horrors y’all are a complete joke

I was told that my dentist would no longer be available for appointments through VVHS and that I would be contacted to set up an appointment with a different dentist. I got this notification before Christmas and it's now February 9th and I haven't heard a word from anybody about anything. My dentist, that is now no longer available, and I had a plan so that I could get some teeth put back in my head after a different dentist decided to rip them out and not finish the job.
Now the person that I'm trying to count on to get me back to a place where I can actually chew food, has gone home to India. It seems highly disorganized and seriously disappointing that the staff at valley view won't even bother to make a phone call to me so that this can be corrected. I've left a review about this before and was told to contact someone but was never given a name or a phone number to contact it just said contact me.
I'm not convinced the valley view is prepared to be the place that I needed to be which is a comfortable place with reliable people and the ability to do what they say they're going to do.
