This is a place with highly professional team led by Dr. Mironov! I got to Dr. Mironov after consults with three other dentists and a facial surgeon. My case was highly complex: a curved root of the wisdom tooth going right underneath the nerve. The tooth itself was in horizontal position slowly destroying the tooth next to it. So going back to other opinions, I was told to extract both of my teeth during the facial surgery and a general anesthesia. They said there was no way to save my other tooth.

Instead, they offered to place an implant and to build up a bone, and so on… I’m highly allergic to metals so no implant would be an option for me. For my case Dr. Mironov did the seamless extraction of the wisdom tooth with the curved root and with the nerve laying right above it under local anesthesia. I did not feel a thing. There was no bruising at all on my cheek after the procedure. As for the tooth next to it, Dr. Mironov was able to save it and repair it! No extraction was needed! He also referred me to a wonderful root canal specialist prior to the repair.

After the treatment at Dr. Mironov’s office the tooth is doing wonderful for more than 3 years! Knowing about my great experience with the previous case, I went only to Dr. Mironov to extract the remaining wisdom teeth! Once again there was no bruising or pain whatsoever! One hour of local anesthesia and that was it! I also had an issue with the filling being done at another dentistry. It did hurt so badly, at moments I couldn’t eat although there was nothing wrong on the x-ray. Dr. Mironov corrected the filling and no more pain ever since! I admire each an every cleaning by Elizabeth. She is really thorough and caring! Jessica at the front desk is very understanding, patient, courteous and flexible! I highly recommended this dental office!

I had a good impression of this place. Dr. Mirinov was able to fix a tooth with a filling that another place had not done properly. The other place had also recommended a crown. The doctor was able to explain why the other filling didn't work and then properly do the work. Also the equipment at Urban Smiles was better and the localized anesthetic wore off quicker.

It was the same price as the other place but the skill and quality of everything here was better. Wish I came here initially. Also had a good cleaning from Elizaveta earlier. And Jessica at the front desk is friendly. Highly recommended.

Dr Mironov was very calming and knowledgeable. The staff was helpful and professional. I am a person who does not like going to the Dentist. I felt very comfortable and relaxed in this office. Thanks to all.

I've been going here for over ten years and while I used to work right down the hill I now work remotely from my home in Everett and still go to Eastlake twice a year for my cleanings because the team is great. Jessica is personable, professional, and friendly, the hygienists are efficient and friendly, and the Dr is no nonsense and efficient. I had two erupted wisdom teeth removed a few years ago and was in the office for less than 20 minutes total. He popped those teeth right out, no pain, no complications.

Geographically this office just doesn't make sense for me anymore, but I continue to use them because they're great. I get in and out, and get great care.
