My daughter is 5 years old and terrified of the dentist because of a previous one we went to. This place and the people are absolutely amazing with her!! I am super thankful we waited and got in to them! I will not ever be switching dentists for my kids! Thank you for all youguys do!!

It is a good clinic with the exception if you have a child that is a new patient you cannot get an appointment. They say they only make appointments for the next 30 days. They tell you to call everyday to see if they have a cancellation. If there's no cancellation you do not get an appointment. I have been trying for over 3 months.

Absolutely fantastic with my 4yr old autistic daughter at her exam & first time at their office! Dentist was very patient, helpful, gentle & nice! Not a long wait! Office staff very nice & professional. Very pleased with our visit today!

I absolutely love the residents here and Dr. Nedley. The only reason why I am leaving a bad review is because of the front desk workers. They are rude, passive aggressive and condescending. I spoke to the director of the program today about Hannah the front desk worker talking to me as if I was a child. I am a grown educated woman that owns a business here in Toledo and if I ever ran my business the way their front desk was ran, I would be unemployed.
After my son appointment, I was told by the resident to stand at the front desk to make another appointment. Hannah proceeds to tell me "next time you need to have a seat, and we will call you up to make an appointment". She said this with a huge attitude and stank look on her face while being rude and dismissive about scheduling my sons 6-month appointment. I could not believe she had the nerve to even talk to anyone like that yet alone a paying patient. I also heard her belittle multiple grown adults while I sat in the waiting room for my son to finish. I never go online to complain but she needs to be trained correctly or fired.
I am very upset with the Managment here. I have never been degraded like that in my life. I am already taking actions to go above the director.
