The technician and Drs are great. They do an excellent job of explaining and answering any questions. The after visit receptionist has such a calming and soothing voice. There are never any surprises for any upcoming visit. Plus you always get a gift bag afterwards ☺️

I been going to this office for over five years. My outside an occasional lecture about my flossing my back teeth my experience was good. My first issue was although I conformed my appointment by text, I received a rude voicemail saying if I didn’t confirm my appointment they wouldn’t be able to hold my spot. I called and the one answered the phone said it was already confirmed my text. Came in everything was going ok. Music was great. I questioned about laying head down because sometimes they leave you in the position why prepping or talking . When I’m on that position a long period of time I get a little sick . I thought we moved past that .

The hygienist ( older lady) looked at my shirt which said pray 3 times we small talked a little. Mind you most people nervous about the dentist. She drilled me about flossing my back teeth good or often enough . While cleaning my teeth she starts to cough a lot . I did turn my head quickly because if she’s using her same gloves to cover her mouth to clean my teeth I’m concern. She started yelling at me “ what’s your problem “ you had an attitude since you been here” I responded I haven’t said anything . ( I literally didn’t have much voice that day anyway) she said the little you said. Then she mocked me pray pray pray etc yelling . I said don’t do that.

I asked her is that how you always talk to your patients. She said yeah when they are rude. I said wow. She yelled other stuff too. I was so shocked because I work in healthcare and our code of conduct wouldn’t allow me to ever speak to a patient like that . i tried to overlook this thinking maybe because she’s older but as an older person she should know how to talk to those she serve.
