If I could do a ZERO I would!!! I have been a patient here over 15 plus years and the last couple of years have been trying to say the least. If they can actually get your insurance information correct and in their system that would be a feat in itself!! I have provided my insurance information at each 6 months visit, and I am still getting bills. They don't answer the phone nor return phone calls so I wouldn't bother trying to track them down to take care of this. Once this issue is resolved I am pulling my family's business from this establishment and advise any future patients to find another dentist. Youre only going to have problems. **Maybe, UDA, this will get you attention and call me back. I want you paid but I cant do it if you don't answer the phone or return calls!** Dont bother answering this review here like you have the others.

The place was clean, looked very nice. Staff just the same welcoming, nice. Shout out to Kayla and Corneila very sweet ladies both answered my questions.
Both very understanding when trying to explain the issue and also figuring out insurance. I haven't been to a dentist in sometime sadly but this will definitely be a solid rec, for anyone including myself for future visits. Thank you ladies for a positive dental experience!

University Dental Associates campus of North Raleigh. I am a Long time patient of this facility, so my views my be some what bias. New staff and they are outstanding group of people. There's are some old faces, glad to see. I am not a big fan of sitting in the dentist chair, but however I had a very pleasant experience.
I highly recommend U. D. A campus of North Raleigh to anyone with Dental needs.

Terrible experience. My client was running late so I called front desk to share her eta and determine if she could be seen. Someone answered and immediately placed me on hold. I remained on hold for 5 minutes when I decided to call back multiple times. No answer.
Upon arrival, I'm told there were 3-5 employees sitting and chatting at the desk. My client was then turned away because of her insurance which was accepted during the scheduling of the appointment. Time and resources were wasted.
