There are a busy office, however I appreciate that every time I go in everything is explained. Dr. Wright has also been patient with me, and he gave me back my confidence & the smile I always dreamed of!

They take medicaid so you get the vibe, everyone was nice, but never expected them to substitute needle nose pliers with the tweezers for my mouth. I literally had to ask if they could use fresh ones🫤

When I called for a new patient appointment, they were able to quickly get me in the following week, and I didn't wait anytime in the waiting room. They were already ready for me to go into the back for my xrays! When it was time for my deep cleaning, the doctor was very professional. I didn't feel any pain or discomfort while he filled my cavity or did my deep cleaning.

The doctor did such a good job that my gums didn't bleed and i went from stained dingy teeth to beautiful white teeth. I am so pleased with their care and my new smile. Thank yall

I had to get dental work done at another dentist to fix problems that Dr. Varkey missed, neglected, and messed up. I don’t have a crown on root canal tooth due to the practices failure to submit paperwork. I had to go get another tooth filled and a crown put on because I asked Dr. Varkey to check a tooth, and he said there wasn’t anything wrong with it. It caused me such bad pain later, and my new dentist said that cavity had been there and growing for a while. I have a tooth that was filled November 2024. Within a week, I noticed a hole in the tooth and didn’t think anything of it. Now, full blown cavity growing under the recent filling causing me headaches, pain while brushing. The new dentist I’ve been visiting shared that the cavity shouldn’t have been missed.

My dentist was Dr. Varkey. I am angry because of the time and energy and pain I’ve experienced due to the practices negligence. $916 for a crown and core buildup due to Dr. Varkey brushing off my concern of a cavity growing in a tooth. That crown and core buildup would have been preventable. Now? If I need a root canal, core buildup, and another crown? Even MORE money. Over $1000, if I need it. Also, the practice hasn’t filed my paperwork correctly. Cigna keeps telling me Dr.

Varkey is out of network. Even after asking multiple times, I still have full priced bills to pay, even though I should owe a quarter of the amount they’re asking for. That’s impacting future dental care, because it looks like I’ve hit benefit maximums when I haven’t. I am asking that United Smiles makes it right and pays for future dental care on the two teeth that were neglected. I RARELY leave reviews. RARELY. But please, avoid these United Smiles offices. If you need new dentist, I will share recommendations.
