Dr Nicholas Unis was very kind and extremely knowledgeable about my teeth. The dental hygienist was very thorough in cleaning and very patient with me. Our entire family uses Unis dental and when we have Dr Jennifer Unis the care is impeccable as well. Their assistants and staff are very kind, curtious and friendly. We recommend them any chance we have.

I didn’t get past the receptionist. She was very rude from jump. I asked if they were taking new patients and received an attitude. “Yeah but we don’t have appointments for months. ” Every question I asked was met with a “like I said. ” I was just asking questions in regards to my individual situation and she wasn’t listening and just kept repeating herself.
Wouldn’t even check if they took my insurance and wanted to just make the appointment and get back to me. Like why would I waste everyone’s time making an appointment if you don’t take my insurance? Isn’t her job to at least know what insurances the providers take? I called my insurance and they said that you are participating, I did my part. It takes less than ten minutes to verify eligibility and participation. Called another place and they were patient and kind and had no problem listening and answering questions and actually knew what insurances her providers take.
