I went to this dentist to get new dentures. I lost my teeth as a direct result of a work accident and needed new ones. Everything was ok until I got the final dentures. The top denture was fine but the bottom denture was crooked. When the left side met there was a 2 to 3 millimeter gap on the bright side. He ground a bunch of material off of the right side and said try them. I did and I couldn't eat so I called and went back in and explained the bottom was crooked and needed to be redone and he refused.
He wanted to grind more off of the left side which was already ground down a bunch. I dont know when "professionalism" and "pride" stopped being a thing. The teeth he already ground down were jagged and sharp, he didnt even polish them after grinding them. The bottom front teeth were concave and flat so they didn't cut through food. It was h horrible experience and I dont think anyone should have to except and pay for bad work.
