I had a wonderful experience at Turtle Cove in March 2025. Dr. Fermin was thorough and personable. Angela, the dental hygienist, was gentle and made the cleaning process comfortable, ensuring I felt relaxed throughout.

Trinity, the receptionist, was welcoming and efficient, handling all my paperwork with a smile. Overall, the staff was friendly and professional, making my visit a positive one from start to finish.

Reception area clean and spacious. Very helpful and accommodating at the front desk. Dentist was friendly and talkative. Explained things well. Hygienist was nice, explained the process of xrays, bite wings were large for my small mouth. The option of no fluoride for teeth cleaning was available. We discussed fluoride and didn't agree on this item. I scheduled my next 6 month cleaning.

I have been going to Turtle Cove Dental for over 10 years. I started there with Dr. Louis Lam (he was great). But after Dr. Lam left the practice, it had gone downhill. In fact, I had already started looking for a new dentist for me and my family. Then a few years ago, Dr. Samy Boulous bought the practice.

From the first time I met Dr. Samy, he put me at ease and I had very little doubt that he was very knowledgeable, and was very good at his job. I knew we were in good hands. Unfortunately, Dr. Samy was only there on Fridays, so I usually had to schedule my visits for when he's around. That was until he brought Dr. Paola Fermin onboard. Dr.

Fermin is absolutely wonderful. She's very knowledgeable and caring. As someone who unfortunately doesn't get numb easily, she always makes sure I'm comfortable before doing anything that could be painful. The root canal she performed for me was entirely painless! Together with the great staff (Christa the office/business manager is also great), they all make an excellent team. I now have no plans on going anywhere else.
