The dental practice is fine, but female owner Melissa (I think that's her name) of the clinic was not. I used to have a great insurance, she was all smiles and helpful, now I come with a government supplemental insurance, her face was stern, and refused to speak a word to me even when I tried to say hi to be polite. The signal was well received that she does not want me to return.
I feel so sorry that I am not welcomed, they could have told me so at the front desk.

If I could give a 0 I would. Front staff and office manager are super unprofessional. They do not know what they are doing and if u no show due to emergency or reschedule they tell you that your insurance is inactive and to go elsewhere! I would not recommend at all. RUN SOMEWHERE ELSE!

An underrated place, glad that my insurance website has more accurate reviews. As a new patient, I was there for about 50 mins for cleansing, the hygienist is far best one I have encountered in Flushing!! Very gentle and get the job done! The staffs are nice too, and they gave fair amounts of reminder calls.
The equipment there are clean and up to date!! Better than the other dentist office that I use for my orthodontist treatment. 超棒！

I have been going to True Smile Dental for more than 5 years. Since they are one of the very few sizable all around dental service provider in Queens that will accept my Medicare Advantage insurance. I normally go for basic cleaning and X-rays. The overall impressions were quite good.
The appointments were right on time, the hygienists will clean and do overall check ups, I only had one cavity filled up for all these years. However, I started to worry about some of my teeth roots are showing, so I got an evaluation when I went back to Taiwan this summer. My sister's dentist took a quick look and said I got 7 teeth can use crowns that's going to cost a fortune and my time! Since I am mostly living in US, I should get them done locally. Anyhow, I got back and went to True Smile for a 2nd opinion.
Dr Tsai the owner put me in ease! He thoroughly explained why the roots are showing and it's not necessary to treat them unless they start to hurt. I really appreciate his sincerity and honest advice!! And walked out felt so much lighter!!
