It’s honestly hard to put into words just how incredible this practice is. I’ve been a longtime patient of Dr. Simran Bhangra, and I’ve followed her from her previous office to this one. Her new location is a bit of a drive for me, but I’d gladly go the extra distance: she’s just that good. Her attention to detail, patience, and genuinely kind bedside manner are unmatched. Most people dread going to the dentist, but thanks to Dr. Bhangra, I actually look forward to it.

And her office — wow!!! It’s the definition of a boutique experience. The design feels high-end and luxurious, but it’s still warm and inviting, which is rare. Luxury spaces often feel cold, but not this one. If you’re looking for a new dentist in NOVA, stop your search now. Dr. Simran Bhangra at TruGem Smiles is the only dentist you need.

Dr. Gursimran Bhangra has been my dentist for almost a decade. I've not a fan of having my teeth worked on, but Dr. Bhangra always enters with a smile, is easy to talk to, and makes every visit a positive experience. I've had a few challenging dental situations and Dr.
