I don’t know how there are any good reviews here. I’ve always had bad experiences with wait times here but I’m only posting this review now because when I went to see them today their new hygienist completely damaged my gums, I was in immense pain throughout the entire cleaning and didn’t see the extent of the damage until I looked in the mirror afterwards and saw that she was actually tearing open the gums at the base of my teeth.

This place burned me twice in an unfortunate 3 month saga. I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient. They were able to take me about two months later. I agreed and was told the office was located at the MidHudson Regional Hospital. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told by the hospital front desk staff that the dentist moved offices but didn't have much more information. I immediately called the dentist's phone number which went straight to voicemail, very odd.

I could only think of calling the pediatric branch of the practice for guidance. I was then enlightened that their new office was in Hyde Park. I drove there and was told there was no appointment for me, I fell through the cracks when they were telling patients they moved offices. I was understanding and agreed to a new appointment in a month on a Saturday at 12 pm. I arrived on time for my appointment to discover the Crumb Elbow parking lot and building was completely vacant and doors locked. I was so sad to have lined up childcare AGAIN and have wasted gas by driving a half an hour for another appointment with this bizarre dentist's office that did not exist.

I went home and confirmed with the appointment slip of paper that I was there at the correct time on the correct day that they scheduled me to be there. I've never experienced such unprofessionalism. So much of my time has been wasted but I suppose I'm pleased people so incompetent couldn't get their fingers and tools in my mouth. Awful.

Dr. Anthony is the absolute best!! He works hard and does the absolute most for his patients. We are very lucky to have such an amazing human being as our dentist. However the office staff needs to support their dentist better by scheduling properly and communicating properly with their patients. Also it’s not a good look when the dentist is waiting for the office staff to arrive so he can start doing his job and then they tell the patients that the dentist is running behind schedule.

He deserves better treatment. I hope the situation with the office gets resolved soon. The only reason I gave 5 stars was because Dr. Anthony deserves every single one of them.

Welcome Om (WelcomeOm)

Worst cleaning of my life. It was the most painful dental experience I have ever had. Normally I can sit like a rock during a cleaning or even fillings but the hygienist was so heavy handed I wanted to cry. On top of that I had to come back to get my x-rays reviewed by the dentist because they were too busy.

This is a 45 min drive for me so having to come back was a massive inconvenience especially when it literally took 5 minutes for the second appointment. I will not be back to this practice.
