The people were so rude. I was scared for my procedure and was crying on the table, no one did a thing or mentioned anything to me. They told me I took 40 minutes after the finished procedure because my blood pressure was High.
Instead of helping me calm down they kept telling me I need to go get a physical and I shouldn’t have blood pressure this High. No one was the slightest kind to me from start my to finish and I hated my entire experiment there.

Terrible billing experience great dental surgery experience. I absolutely loved the service. This is the best dental experience that I have ever had BUT. . . . . . They told me that my insurance would cover the procedure.
They told me that it would cost me around $100. On the day of the procedure it ended up costing me closer to $200. No big deal. Then I received a bill for an additional $500 on top of the $200 I already paid and on top of the $700 that the insurance paid. It ended up costing nearly $1,400 to get three teeth pulled. No, there was no major problems or complications with the teeth either. Never use this place until you know the cost up front and have it in writing. The service was good enough that I had planned on returning for more work but after the dirty trick they pulled on me with the cost I will never return to them again and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Dr. Pagnotto and his staff were so helpful and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. I was very scared of Anastasia and really didn’t even want to take care of the problem. I also was cautious of going to this dental practice because of the reviews wrote on here, which gave me even more anxiety. When I arrived to the dental office everyone was so nice and accommodating. When I was taken back to have my procedure done, Nicole the dental assistant was absolutely amazing.
Nicole stayed in the room with me before the procedure started made me feel so much better she truly made my experience better. The nurse Sakae was so kind and comforting as well doing everything she could to make sure I was ok. I have had no problem with my billing or overcharging. I paid exactly what I agreed to. I definitely will be going back.

Dr Pagnotto was so kind and compassionate . I had broken and chipped teeth that had been neglected for a long time . Instead of making me feel like a total looser , he was so merciful to my situation . I’m grateful for the care I received . Fast and efficient .He took the time to explain my care options . He was so knowledgeable , all around great man. The staff was amazing .
