Over a total of 3 years I’ve missed 2 appointments all together and 3 other I rescheduled before the appointment but the office considers all of them as missed appointments ! And refused to see my child this same office has called to ask me to reschedule appointments on their behalf which I’ve been fine with. Also again been going here to this dentist office since my child was about 5 or 6. One of her first few appointments they would not allow me in the back while she had a procedure done and my child was pretty scared and instead of Dr.
Prokop letting me step in or just being able to speak to me child or calm her down (which I insisted) she refused to do the procedure all together and made me reschedule . At this i considered going to another office but didn’t because of the hassle of it all, you would think she’d know how to deal with children since that’s the profession she works in. This same office will schedule you at 9 but won’t see you til 10.
I should’ve switched offices years ago.

I love Tooth Fairy Smiles, the staff is attentive and caring. They take their time and explain the procedures they are doing to your child. They allowed me and her father in the room with our daughter. Our daughter was at ease with the staff, she really enjoyed watching the movies they played while she had her teeth cleaned. I am a happy with Tooth Fairy Smiles.
