I would highly recommend TLC Dental to anyone looking for a great dentist and an awesome experience. I was treated with so much care. Everyone was very kind and made me feel so comfortable. Elizabeth, the office manager, was very kind and answered all my insurance questions.

She spent the time making sure I understood everything beforehand. I had an emergency over the weekend and I was seen on Monday morning. Dr Arenas and Cami took care of me and I was able to go to work afterwards. I am very appreciative of everyone in the team and will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends :-)

Had an appointment today for a cleaning and told them that I would be 20 minutes late instead of 15 and they would not take me. Keep in mind they told me they were gonna fit me in since they didn’t have anything available till late November. I have braces and my orthodontist took a little longer to take out my wire. I asked if they could do what they can for today and still refused. The lady on the phone caught a bigger attitude than me as if she were the one that couldn’t get over the five minutes difference and told me she wasn’t gonna help me if I continued to have an attitude as if I didn’t have a right to.

I Wasn’t cursing or shouting I was just in shock that the five minutes mattered so much to them after asking for them to do what they could, since they were “accommodating” me. Never had an experience like this at any other dental office even if I told them I would be late. Please work on your costumer service and update appliances in office.

had an appointment last week, got there door was close🙄 no one told me this place was close. what pissing me off more they kept sending me reminders of the appointment made me drive for no reason.

when i got there , i saw a paper at the door which has a number to call, so i called and that ignorant who answered the phone was so rude while i was trying to explain to her what happened 😡 she even hanged up in my face , this rude human don’t deserve a receptionist job , i wish i took her name ugh 😑
