0 stars. They assigned me a time for the appointment and made me wait an hour. They hurt my gum and part of my throat. I don't recommend it to anyone. If you see that your doctor is an Asian girl and the assistant is a Dominican boy, RUN AWAY.

Nunya Bizness

Went here for emergency dental treatment after being referred by state medical insurance. They brought me in for no more than two minutes, looked at my infected tooth and scheduled an appointment for treatment six months out - didn't even prescribe antibiotics to fight the infection (I ended up having to get them from primary care). Totally ridiculous, but the story doesn't end there. Yesterday (the day before the scheduled date) I called to confirm since I had not received any confirmation call or text at all, and they claimed I cancelled the appointment the day it was scheduled.

Then this morning I get a text saying I was late for my appointment, which means it was never cancelled and they can collect payment from the state. I'm reporting this place to the RI Dept. of Health.

I've been here numerous times over the last 2 years every time its been for an absess because my teeth that are left are beyond repair. Even though I've been a bad patient that doesn't show up for appointments to get my teeth pulled due to a list of reasons one being ptsd from getting 17 out at once a while back when I was in Min. Security 10 years ago Having alot of problems from a dentist with a practice who does work for the prison system breaking my jaw while pulling out the 17 teeth and stopping before finishing them all.

Leaving a tooth cracked in half So do to that trauma i am hesitant to go through and actually show up to get this bad 2 teeth out. This place thundermist in woonsocket have been great with me and understanding as well as patient. I am Glad and thankful as well because if not I don't know if I could have went through with finally getting the procedure doneI must or I'll just continue to keep getting an infection again and again They have been extremely patient with me and very helpful and professional I am grateful for all the staff here and they do their work well especially considering the amount of appointments I've scheduled and missed so today I'm going to get more antibiotics to treat yet another absess (I take methadone and due to that fact I keep getting tooth infections that create an absess time and time again) There are other reasons for my improper absence but if you really knew how patient and kind they've been you'd understand why I'm so pleased and grateful with their care here I honestly must say they are great here and if they weren't so caring and understanding given the amount of people they see it would easy be able to be numb to ppls emotions and needs and they are not I would never be able to go through with the procedure and would be stuck in this endless cycle of absess and antibiotics treatment omw to there today to get yet another dose of antibiotics and make an appointment I'll actually go to appointment I can't take this endless cycle anylonger If you only knew how patient they've been Thank-you.
