When I arrived the receptionist tells me that it is 150 for consultation but it will be deducted from whatever procedure I will have done. . Dollars but the 150. Will be deducted from whatever procedure I will have done. The doctor explained what she will do and the cost is 700. Well she had said 800. And I complained because the tooth was almost all out on its own that was the cause for my emergency visit. . then she said 700.

I made it my business to confirm with the doctor that the 150. Will bee deducted from the 700. She said yes. So after I come out the other receptionist charges me 700. I told her that 150. Has to be deducted. . then she said no that she had not taken The 150. When the first receptionist asked me for my card .

The visit should have been 550. As what it was said 150 consultation then deducted from treatment fee. 700. So 700. -150. =550. They have no ethics and although service was good for the most part the greed for money damaged it… And I still have to have removed part of the broken implant 😡

I had a wonderful experience with Throgs Neck Dental on my first visit. They have a curitious staff. My tooth extraction was painless and quick in and out of the office. i could enjoy meal after three hours. Their office set in very professional. I would highly recommend to every one.
