Dr. Thomas Wesley Mitchell is a general and cosmetic dentist practicing at 231 W Hardin St, Findlay, OH, which is one of the locations for Phillips dental care Center. He received his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Indiana University. Dr. Mitchell is known for providing multi-generational, patient-centered General Dentistry for the entire family.
