This place is probably the worst for service. The front desk staff are always chatting and never actually attentive to you. They also never seem to be able to explain any charges to you. This place is just a money grab because the quality of their service does not justify their prices (even with insurance). The last time I was at this miserable place the dental hygienist would not stop talking about a past patient and how upset she was that he believed his country’s cuisine was delicious. She then for the next hour proceeded to complain to me about him and how low she believes his opinion and cuisine were.

She then came to find out that her last patient and I are from the same country but she doubled down and continued to insult peruvian food and the country. I found this extremely disrespectful as I not once talked about her country or cuisine. She also did a poor job at making me feel comfortable during my cleaning as she continued to allow me to almost drown from all the water she was not sucking up with the tube. The actual dentist is whatever. He doesn’t explain anything and is condescending. The entire time he scolded me for taking too long to go to a specialist.

When I finally told him I just could not afford a specialist he and his hygienist told me sometimes we have to make sacrifices. Sorry I think i’d rather let my wisdom teeth chill for a bit longer in my mouth than not pay rent. Wish I could give this place negative stars.

My first time coming to see Dr Thomas muro and wish I would’ve known of this location sooner. My husband and I have been going to the same dentist for years and recently had a cavity discovered at my current dentist and automatically they wanted to do an implant which would’ve cost me almost $6000. Something didn’t seem right and my gut feeling was to get a 2nd opinion to see what are all my options. On my visit with Dr muro I had a thorough examination and was told I could have the problem solved with a filling as my tooth had no issues but down the road may need to get the implant.

Filling was done pretty quick, painless and at a very affordable price. This Dentist truly cares about his patients and is honest on what he thinks is the best plan. Anywhere else it’s just highway robbery.

This place is amazing!!! I highly recommend them!!! My partner and I came to Miami to visit from Orlando for a week. We went in for a cleaning/ fillings and they accommodated their schedule just to make sure all of our procedures were done before heading back to Orlando.

The staff and doctors are very friendly and amazing!!! I will be coming back soon. Also, the prices were reasonable 🫶🏼🥰🥰

Dr. Muro is very professional and honest. However, their business hours are unrealistic. They should open on Fridays just like everyone else in the United States. They have too many days off. But, the service is great and their prices are phenomenal.

Dr. Muro really works with you if you don't have much cash pay upfront. He is kind and compassionate. Thank God there are still doctors like him in this world.
