The Washington Dental Health Care Center is a lifesaver for busy families. My wife and I have been bringing our two kids here for 3 years, and they’ve mastered the art of making dental care stress-free. Dr. Carter is fantastic with our 7-year-old, using a “show-and-tell” with tools to ease her nerves, while my 10-year-old loves picking out fun toothpaste flavors. For us adults, the thorough cleanings and clear explanations of treatments (like my recent crown) make visits feel manageable.
The office is bright and organized, with minimal wait times, and they’re pros at handling insurance. When my wife had a tooth emergency last month, they squeezed her in within hours. A practice that prioritizes care and convenience—we’re loyal for life.

IT was my first time going to a dc dentist and they made me feel right at home, theres a bit of a wait but its because they take there time with each patient and make them feel really comfortable. my dentist was dr. Andrews he was amazing "D he kept checking on me through the process and he was very sweet, I'm happy I went here for my first time :)

I've been going to this dentist for 2 years (3 visits). I enjoy Dr. Greaves (he's friendly and patient), but his front staff are obnoxious, unprofessional, and have bad attitudes. Each time I have went, I showed up 15 minutes prior to my appointment and yet im still waiting never less then an hour to be seen. Today my appointment was at 10am. I was there at 9:45am and signed in. . . at 10:20 the young lady said that since im a new patient, i have to fill out the form again. I did. Not a word to check-in or inform me about the process after that.
. . . nothing. I am a professional and have responsibilities to my workplace. . . Taking 2. 5 hours out of my day for a 20 minute cleaning is unacceptable. Never going back

I will never go back there again and I will be reporting them to my insurance provider. Dr Greaves very rude to me no mask on one occasion. I am not pleased with my dentures there lab sucks. and I am going to go get another set somewhere else. Customer service was alright but doctor made me feel very uncomfortable
