Our Primary Care physician retired and Dr. Haynes’s office took us on. To say we have issues is an understatement! Dr Haynes has quickly come up to speed, listens thoroughly and compassionately deals with the situation via phone, virtual appointment or in person. So thankful for her and her staff.

These people do not care about your health whatsoever. There are many examples of this but most recently I got stuck out west without my medication (which is a very consequential medication to miss doses of, a side effect of stopping cold turkey being potential seizures). I called them a multiple times asking if they could send a script for just a small amount to a pharmacy near me. The office manager said she would talk to the Doctor and get back to me each time I called, yet I never did receive a call back.

Then the next day I got script from a local urgent care and took it to a pharmacy where they were required to speak with my doctor briefly to confirm I'm on the medication and they couldn't even be bothered to pick up the phone for the pharmacy. Overall extremely disappointed in the quality of care from this practice. It's really as if you're on an island with no help from the people who's job it is to look after your health.

My entire family uses this practice. It is about a 30 minute drive just to go, but for us it's so worth it. Dr. Herring takes his time with all of us, listens to every concern and never makes you feel unheard or rushed. You are his #1 focus when you are there. The office staff is absolutely wonderful as well. They create a very welcoming atmosphere and show they care. This is a great practice.

While Dr. Haynes is an amazing Doctor, the staff will not return calls with important information. You might as well go into the office. Do not depend on them with time sensitive information.
