BE CAREFUL. Their billing office is a scam. Avoid at all costs. I went to them in the summer for a standard cleaning, and the dentist convinced me to get a crown to fix a tooth I had chipped as a kid. The tooth never bothered me but the dentist convinced me to avoid having a bigger issue in the future. The front office did an insurance check and quoted me $800 – which I paid. They made it seem like that was the absolute maximum and did NOT suggest that I should call my insurance to check myself. In January, I got a bill for an extra $500 – so I called the office.

They let me know that my insurance decided to not cover anything, so I would owe an additional $500. I complained given I wouldn't have made the decision to move forward if I knew it was going to cost $1300 (as I would have gotten second opinions). They told me they would go back to the insurance and argue on my behalf. That was the last I heard. In May, I got an email saying that my bill had gone to collections. I never got a second correspondence from them. I called them and they told me I was shit out of luck, owed the $500, so I paid on the spot and told them to cancel my future appointments. They claimed they sent me another text message in March, but I swear I did not receive.

. . also what happened to calls/voicemails? I potentially miss or don't receive ONE text message and you SEND ME TO COLLECTIONS when I proactively called you in January to handle and you told me to not worry? I don't know whether I'm more outraged over owing the additional $500 unexpectedly, or that they SENT MY BILL TO COLLECTIONS despite promising me that wouldn't be the case when I called in January. I pride myself on my credit score and never let anything go to collections. Will never go to them again and have learned a hard lesson about never letting the health providers "quote" you costs.

This practice is as “10” as a ten can be. From the front desk to the techs to the doctor everyone here is welcoming and kind. Not fake - this is truly their personalities. Most people want a good experience with their dentist and backed by a good staff. The doctors are all old school. They don’t push money out of your wallet for that perfect smile.

They push oral health the way it should be. I would recommend this practice to anyone who wants a good experience with good results. Scheduling is easy. If you want good staff that are knowledgeable and committed this is your practice.
