I have been to many dentists and this office by far is the best! The front office is so efficient. The reminders of appointments, the explanation of bills and the scheduling to make sure you don’t wait is fantastic. The Hygienists are gentle and thorough and do a great job of explaining everything.
Dr. Goldman is amazing! Making sure the patient is comfortable is always a top priority and working quickly and efficiently makes every appointment relaxing. Happy we found this office!

Great service, from the friendly ladies at the reception desk to the always on time procedures, Dr. Goldman and Dr. Casanova practice has been reliable and consistent since day one. I have been a patient for many years and I’ve never had an issue scheduling an appointment or re-scheduling it whenever a conflict of time arose.
They make you feel comfortable and welcome, and most importantly their work is top notch. I highly recommend them.

I cannot stress how horrible the management of this office is. I went in to my annual as a new patient and was advised I need a crown. I’ve had to re/schedule my appointment three times awaiting a call to advise my out of pocket responsibility. I was advised I would hear back the same day as my original appointment. I called to follow up two weeks later and the receptionist was extremely rude and advised I would hear back a week before the appointment as it takes time. I advised her I was following up because I was advised I would hear back two weeks prior and did not. She advised she would have someone call me back. My appointment was again a week away and nothing.
I called back and asked for a manager. Receptionist advised there’s a manager but not at that office that day and she would have her call back. Mo call back. Called again and was advised the office does not have a manager just a regional manager. I asked for a call back. Nothing. I call yesterday and said woman picks up again. Again she’s rude and sarcastic.
Advised there’s no manager and that my message was sent to the regional manager again. I requested to speak to the doctor at this point because this is ridiculous. She advised I would get a call back. Nothing yet. My appointment is tomorrow and I have to reschedule again. I can’t chew on that side of my mouth and it hurts and I still can’t get work done. I had a great experience at The Smilist Dental in Garden City. Brian, my dental hygienist, was wonderful—very professional and thorough. It was the best cleaning ! The staff at the front desk were friendly and made the entire process seamless. Overall, it was an easy and pleasant experience. Highly recommend!
