Let me first say that the dental techs and Dr. Forker are great. I have hated every dentist office have ever been to because they are rough and painful. This office is the opposite - gentle and explains things and offers support for a patient with anxiety. My MAJOR issue is with whoever is in charge of billing and the customer service associated with it. I started using this office last August for the first time because my husband went there and he raved about Dr. Forker, knowing how much I didn't like going to the dentist. So I decided to try it out. I had my own insurance and was also covered by my husband's insurance.

Even though my husband was an established patient, they claime to have some problem seeing his insurance and over my first two visits charged me over $700 which I paid because they told me they would get it straightened out and and get me a refund once the insurance was applied. It is now nearly a year later - at which point the insurance company will no longer issue a payment - and they have NEVER gone and sent in the claim. I have called COUNTLESS times, I have called their corporate office, their customer satisfaction department, inquired at the reception desk, emailed the office, YOU NAME IT. . . I have tried it. In the last 11 months that I have been trying to get this resolved it was only in MAY when said person finally called me one time claiming she'd never heard of the issue. I was BEYOND patient and made the mistake of giving her a few days to look into it and get back to me. And since then.

. . RADIO SILENCE. That was also the ONE AND ONLY time anyone ever deemed to get back to me out of the many times I reached out for help. My husband now refuses to see them anymore either until this is fixed. If you are going to this office, I sincerely hope you have all your financial ducks in a row. I paid them IN GOOD FAITH because they provided me services and I am an honest person. They have now refused to complete the basic level of paperwork to submit the claims to get reimbursement to me and they owe me HUNDREDS of dollars!! It's beyond poor business and absolutely terrible customer service.

Everyone at Dr. Rothstein’s office is amazing. I’ve convinced my whole family to come to this practice as they have been taking such good care of us for years.

We have had two separate dental emergencies for my small kids and they have saved the day each and every time. Everyone is patient, caring, knowledgeable, and take the time to explain everything so we can stay calm. We are so grateful!!!
