Staff is amazing, very professional, attentive and easy to communicate with. The wait time can be a bit long but the ladies behind the desk stay busy trying to accommodate all patients. Their bilingual skills help things move swiftly.

The doctors are just as great as they put your physical and mental health primary and insure you the patient receive all services available. Over all the entire staff helps you feel welcomed and the facility offers serval different services.

A government office should investigate the doctors in this place. They refuse to see kids in your face no matter how worried you are downstairs at the pediatric office when you bring your children sick they also tell the receptionist upstairs to tell parents they no longer take sick children after a little amount also when you bring a school note requesting child to be seen they still refuse. This is inhumane and a medical negligence.

I don’t understand how can this people have a medical license and are not investigated for the abuse they commit against children.

On this day less than minutes ago I just ended a phone call with a phone operator at the Central avenue location. I was in the mix of trying to make an appointment but stated how I just wanted to get a refill for vitamins. The woman who answered the phone said she wanted to look into my PERSONAL HEALTH chart to see what kind of vitamins I was taking, I inquired she speak with a supervisor because I wasn't comfortable with her looking into my chart unless she was a REGISTERED NURSE.

She got silent and told me the doctor will give me a call back and when I asked for her name she said "Ashley". I feel super uncomfortable because she could have looked in my chart ANYWAY and gave me a fake name! The staff at the Central Avenue location needs to be reevaluated and trained on the basic phone communication skills and most importantly THE HIPAA LAWS

Today my child had an appointment at 3:45pm. They kept up waiting for over an hour. I went to ask the nurse for the delay I was told the doctor was seeing a person that they said had an appointment at 2:30pm and were waiting for over 2 hours, the nurse told me in my face I can leave the place. My small child went to sleep right there in the room while waiting, they made my child suffer waiting. When the doctor came into the room over an hour later my child was sleeping.

This is unacceptable how can the Health Department allow this facility to operate a pediatric area in this condition. When your child is sick you can’t even come to this place in the morning because they tell you to go to an urgent care because the doctor can’t see your child. The nurse at the pediatric area was very unkind and unprofessional today, she didn’t care. The same people who register adults register children too, you need to go through the adults waiting area in order to get registered. I do not recommend to no one to take their child to this facility.

It’s a nightmare most of the time my children are sick or I have an appointment something happens. This facility should be monitored closely for their inhuman treatment to children.
