I’ve had a serious fear of the dentist since childhood, so walking into any dental office is usually a huge emotional hurdle for me. But this place is different—truly different. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with warmth, patience, and zero judgment. It felt like they understood exactly what I needed to feel safe and supported. My dental hygienist, Sparkle, was absolutely incredible. She lived up to her name with the way she cared for me—gentle, kind, and so attentive.

She explained everything she was doing, moved at a pace I was comfortable with, and constantly checked in to make sure I was okay. At one point, I got so nervous during my deep cleaning that Dr. Yolanda Cintron herself stepped in—not just to supervise, but to actually perform part of the cleaning while talking to me the entire time, offering constant reassurance and kindness. I was blown away. I’ve never experienced a doctor doing that before, and it meant the world to me. This team knows how to care for people who carry dental trauma.

They go above and beyond, not just in skill but in heart. For the first time in my life, I left a dental appointment feeling calm, cared for—and even hopeful. Love it, love the place, love the place, love the place. 💛
