This place is amazing. Super friendly staff and so easy to talk to. I was a new patient and they got me in for a broken tooth the next week where my previous dentist didn't have anything available for over a month. 5 stars isn't enough for Dr. Nicole and her fantastic team. Thank you ladies. I look forward to seeing you again in the near future.

This is clearly the only way to get some attention from the office staff, and to alert Dr. Nicole her office staff are MAKING HER BUSINESS LOOK BAD. Firstly, like another reviewer said, I really like, trust, and value Dr. Nicole, and every Hygienist I have worked with here. I will give a good review for that after this is addressed.
BUT, not only was there ZERO follow up with me about checking my insurance to see if they cover a mouth gaurd after my February appointment, (which was discussed in person) I have left 2 detailed voicemails to follow up, AND NOBODY BOTHERED TO CALL ME BACK. This isn't the first time this has happened (over appx 3 years), where I had to call again or address the issue not responded to when I'm there. But this is definately THE WORST. It is truly infuriating to waste my time and energy on a business whose admin staff just don't do what they say they will, and then outright ignore voicemails to follow up. Dr.
Nicole, please do something about this. It appears I'm not the only one who has dealt with this. Thank you, Kim Fredericks
