The Dentist of Summerlin 1930 is a desert gem for dental care. My wife and I moved here last year, and finding this practice was a relief. The office has a modern, airy feel with large windows and calming desert-themed decor. Dr. Carter is a pro—he took time to go over my dental history and explained my treatment options without rushing. My wife’s veneers look stunning, so natural that even friends didn’t notice at first.

They’re great with busy schedules, offering early morning and Saturday slots, which works for our weekend trips. The hygienist was gentle during my cleaning, and they have a nice selection of refreshments in the waiting area. What sealed it? They followed up after my filling to make sure I was comfortable. A top-notch practice in Summerlin.

If you are looking for a kind, gentle, and holistic dentist you will be thrilled with the up to date procedures, thorough explanations of each phase of the procedure. Questions are answered and encouraged. The office is immaculate! Staff are kind and know their jobs. Look no further...you have a dentist who cares for the welfare of his patients.

The only reason I'm giving a 3-star rating is due to the lack of follow up from the office. I've been trying to get my invoice resolved that's been going on for almost 10 months. My insurance sent the payment on June 10, 2021 from the April service, but the office claimed they didn't receive it. I have the check number even from the insurance. When I called the insurance, apparently the office submitted an incomplete address.

My insurance has left multiple voicemails letting them know of the issue and to send the W9 so they can resend the payment. Still no response from Dr. Davis office. As I'm typing this review, I was on hold for 30 minutes and got hang up on just now! Please I just want this invoice to be finally resolved as I never have any outstanding bills out there.
