Having been going to Dental Way since I was 9 years old, went away for 18 years and came back and the service is even better than I remember. Great administration team who is always supportive and willing to help. The dentists and the assistants are very efficient and extremely friendly.

I regret to say that my experience with this dental office has been far from satisfactory due to issues with the administrative staff. While the doctors themselves are skilled, professional, and not at fault in this matter, the same cannot be said for the front desk receptionist, who also appears to handle billing. I was required to pay upfront for my dental implant procedure. However, after the insurance company reimbursed them, the office failed to refund my payment. Despite my attempts to address this, I was met with indifference, which left me feeling that my business was not valued. Additionally, I had clearly communicated the importance of having the implant placed by a specific date. Unfortunately, despite the implant being ready for installation, the receptionist failed to schedule the appointment in time.

This oversight caused unnecessary delays and frustration, making it apparent that the front desk staff lacks the competence and organization needed to manage patient care effectively. While I have no complaints about the doctors or their quality of work, the receptionist's inefficiency and lack of professionalism have significantly tarnished my overall experience. I would urge this dental office to address the shortcomings in their administrative processes to ensure better service for future patients. Update on this as 03/19/2025: I appreciate the response to my initial review and wanted to follow up with further details about my experience. After receiving your reply, I attempted to contact the office to clarify the situation. Unfortunately, I encountered significant difficulty in resolving the matter. The staff member at the front desk informed me that my insurance did not cover any of the charges.

However, I have verified the claim status through my insurance provider, and it clearly indicates that payment has been made to your office. I expressed this repeatedly during our conversation, but my concerns were not acknowledged or addressed, leaving me feeling frustrated and unheard. I am simply seeking clarity on why this discrepancy exists and to ensure the matter is resolved. I have attached the details of the claim to this review for your reference. I hope this can be resolved promptly and professionally. Thank you.
