I started with the dental group in 2010 and absolutely loved Dr Guerin but then something weird happened in 2015 i was due for a cleaning and they normally call me but i never heard from them . At some point it dawned on me i was due so i called , they set me up an appointment with Mary my favorite hygienist but when i got there i was told she left on an emergency , so no biggie i went with someone new. Well no one seemed to be able to find my records , they tried telling me i was new when i had already had 2 deep scalings numerous cleanings , 2 crowns etc etc etc. That should have been my first clue that they are taking on more then they can handle.
Next cleaning i had to cancel and re-book no problem then they needed to re-book again no problem, the day of my appointment i called 45 minutes ahead of time and told them there were detours everywhere and i would probably be late , i was told no problem see you when you get here. Well what normally takes me 20 minutes took me close to an hour, i walked through the door 20 mins past my app and was told i needed to reschedule because i missed the 15 minute window. I called specifically to let them know the situation and was told see you when you get here, if i had known they were not going to see me after being 20 minutes late i never would have continued to fight the traffic to get there. Not to mention having to wait longer then that in the waiting room at certain times.
Now since i am going to another dentist they want to charge me for my x-rays??? Why would i pay for them when my insurance covers them for free. Sorry but i think they have gone way down hill and are taking on more then they can handle . And it sucks because i really liked going there but no longer feel the compassion i did in the beginning now it's more like your just a number.

Dr. Guerin is amazing! He was able to give me a smile I could be proud of and feel great about! His office is clean and professional, I would recommend him to everyone.

Outstanding place that has done a lot for me over the past several years, from cleanings to an implant to bridge work. Highly recommended. I find it unusual for the staff at a dentist's office to be laughing and in a good mood and it makes visits enjoyable.
