I’ve been a regular patient at this dental office for over 15 years, coming in like clockwork for my routine six-month cleanings. At my most recent visit, I was blindsided when they told me I suddenly had severe periodontal disease. What’s even more upsetting is that I was never warned about this progressing condition during any previous visits. The dental hygienist which was very concerned about it gave me this diagnosis with the dentist (Dr Stringham) barely giving any effort or thought about it and literally said “Well, at least you don’t have cancer.
” Completely inappropriate and dismissive. After requesting my records, I discovered that six months prior they had already documented 5mm pockets, which is mild periodontal disease. No one said a word to me at that time other than you should floss better, no further recommendations, no treatment options, nothing. I now have to go to a periodontist and spent lots of time and money to fix a problem I feel like they should have prevented or at least told me about sooner so it didn’t get so bad.
I feel totally failed by a place I trusted for over a decade. If you care about your long-term oral health and want a provider who will actually communicate with you, I’d look elsewhere. I’m deeply disappointed and honestly feel betrayed.

My experience was great Dr Armstrong was awesome. He was super kind and made me feel confortable. He checked and see how I was doing right away after the procedure and he was able to help me with my concerns and questions.
