I wish I could only give “0” this Office has unlocked a new fear of dentists for me. I originally went in for a cleaning and also one of my back tooth fillings had started to come out. 1st visit cleaning and they made apt. for filling 2nd visit. Second visit I’ve never felt such an excruciating pain while getting a filling( I’ve had 3) I was crying the entire time from the cold water hitting my nerve. Fast forward a week later I’m still home in pain can’t even go to work.

I give them a call they prescribe some amoxicillin. Which I would’ve thought should’ve been taken between 1st and 2nd visit. Take that still nothing I’m in so much pain when I go in for 3rd visit for filling on other side I said no we’re not doing that can you just extract this one I’m in so much pain. They send a new dentist in to suggest I go somewhere for oral surgery to get a root canal. I’m in so much pain and the tooth is all the way in the back I let them know “NO” just remove it . I know you know you all have drilled to far and now my nerve is exposed and that’s why I’m in pain.

Now the assistant comes back in and she wants to do more X-rays … I ask why her response is you don’t have to pay out of pocket for these don’t worrry. Unmmmm excuse me! After going back and forth about just removing the tooth she states “ let me see if the dentist can do extractions or you may have to go some where else” I then proceeded to get up clean up and walk out. You have to be kidding me…. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND this office is my life depended on it!

I go to Taylor Street Dental for my cleanings and they do a great job they take their time and my teeth are immaculate when I leave . so, as I’m getting older was thinking to have them whitened and I just went today and I am over the moon happy and smiling ear to ear with my white teeth. Dr Ha was so precise and took her time, making sure that I was comfortable and having no pain. Let’s face it sometimes teeth whitening can irritate the gums, but not with me thanks to Dr.

Ha! Her staff is wonderful America is terrific when you walk in the door at reception. And I must let you know that Peter cleaned my teeth, and he is so wonderful, kind and polite as the rest of her staff. I am so happy my husband and I found this dental office that I recommend to anyone and everyone. So if you are looking for a dentist for cleanings and teeth whitening, Taylor Street Dental is the place to be! ❤️🦷
