Dr. Tappan is truly a miracle worker who takes pride in his craft. He made me feel incredibly comfortable, a stark contrast to the horrible experiences I've had with dentists in the past. My front teeth were uneven due to childhood trauma, leading me to visit several dental offices. Although I still require additional procedures like fillings and a root canal, Dr. Tappan stands out as the only one who truly understood the importance of restoring my ability to smile.

He skillfully addressed the unevenness in my front teeth and polished away discoloration, providing a transformative impact. While braces and further work are still on the horizon, Dr. Tappan has enabled me to smile confidently without being self-conscious about my previously uneven and discolored front teeth. His words, "I got you, I understand you want to smile," resonated, and he even shared techniques to ease my nervousness during procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Tappan for his exceptional care.

I am thrilled to have found a dentist who genuinely cares, and the cost of his masterpiece, kindness, and expertise was reasonable. The five-star customer service from his front desk receptionist added to the overall positive experience. Dr. Tappan has, without a doubt, redeemed my perception of dentistry, making me eagerly anticipate the remaining necessary work.

Dr. Tappan came highly recommended from a friend of mine; his online reviews were also stellar. I know most practices say their “office strives to ensure a great patient experience” but unfortunately this hasn’t been the case for me so far. You see I would fall under the new patient/1st time with Dr. Tappan category. I don’t know if this was a factor but in my limited interaction with staff, questions went unanswered and their follow up was weak.

I called multiple times with no direct contact with his team. Every time I was prompted to leave a voicemail, and someone would call me back. Someone initially called me back and I was able to schedule an appointment a month out. There was no email or text confirmations for appointments mentioned either. I was only told of a patient related cost involving X-rays during our brief conversation. I checked my coverage, called back, left an insurance related message and haven’t heard from anyone since.

I even tried to reach out through their website and the book now option. There isn’t a direct email associated with his office, so I left mine. Still nothing. I believe you are only as good as the people around you and hope any future experiences will be better. I’ll keep you updated

After four years as a patient I have finally decided to share a review of this practice. As someone who has had less than stellar experiences with dentists in the past, finding Dr. Tappan was an absolute game-changer. From the moment I stepped into his office, I knew I was in good hands. Let's start with the most important aspect: Dr. Tappan’s bedside manner is unparalleled. He exudes warmth and compassion, immediately putting any nerves or anxieties at ease. His genuine concern for the well-being of his patients is palpable, and it's clear that he truly cares about each person who walks through his door. But it's not just his bedside manner that sets Dr.

Tappan apart – his talent as a dentist is truly remarkable. I have had my fair share of root canals and dental procedures prior to visiting Dr. Tappan and the needle pain from the local anesthesia was dreadful! Dr. Tappan has a technique he uses when inserting the needles so that the patient feels absolutely no pain at the insertion point! Not only is he skilled and knowledgeable in his craft, but he also takes the time to explain procedures thoroughly, ensuring that his patients feel informed and empowered every step of the way. One thing that particularly impressed me was how Dr. Tappan treats his staff. It's evident that he values their contributions and treats them with the same respect and kindness that he shows to his patients. General feedback: A patient portal for communication related to upcoming appointments, post-operation instructions, status of Invisalign tray orders, etc. This would be very useful as a patient (Mychart etc.

). Currently most of these processes are handled manually (appointments are confirmed through an automated system). Dental work I have had with Dr. Tappan thus far: general cleaning, extractions, Invisalign and Dental Implants. If you're in search of a dentist who combines exceptional skill with genuine compassion, look no further than Dr. Tappan.

Dr. Tappan is a very progressive Dentish. He has the lastest equipment to proform all your dentistry need. Beautiful locations, looking out windows where you can see the trees in all four seasons. Fall is just beautiful. I have taken pictures but will have to find them.
