They are extremely professional. I didn't feel rushed while talking to Dr. Simon. He truly cares about his patients! The other employees always have smiles on their faces and are super nice. Root canals are no fun, but they make it such a peaceful place to be. Thank you Dr. Simon and your employees for being a light ❤️

I'll start by saying I really don't like going to the dentist. But when it's necessary, Dr Simon's Endodontics Office is where you'll want to go. I'm new to the area and needed a root canal. I looked at Dr Simon's reviews and decided to try and get an appointment. Much to my surprise they got me in within a few days. My first impression (which is a big deal to me) was that the office was spotless. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and like I mattered.

They explained everything to me in a way I could understand and laid out a treatment plan. When Dr. Simon did my root canal, it was actually painless. He and the dental assistant worked together seamlessly and explained things as they worked on me, keeping me informed as they progressed. Under the circumstances I really couldn't ask for a better experience. I highly recommend Dr Simon and his staff.

Much better experience than I anticipated. Dr. Simon did a root canal on an upper left tooth, #14. Good, educational meeting in advance, with my questions answered in plain English. Straightforward explanation of fees. The procedure itself went very smoothly and quickly, 65 minutes. Anesthesia eliminated any pain and Dr.

Simon did not force or strain my jaw. I have had a number of fillings which hurt much more than this root canal. Minimal discomfort following the procedure. Dr. Simon and his staff were polite, caring, and professional. If you need a root canal, he has my highest recommendation.

My husband just had a root canal retreatment by Dr. Simon and is very pleased with the whole experience. Dr. Simon is thorough in his assessment and discusses the probability of success with saving the tooth so the patient can make an informed decision about whether to go forward. My husband appreciates the detailed and accurate care by Dr.

Simon and his staff. Dylan, the office manager, is so friendly and kind that you feel like you’re talking with a good friend. The overall experience here was excellent. And the waiting area is the most comfortable and calming lobby I’ve ever seen in a medical office.
