Protect yourself and your family and avoid this office. Everyone there refused to wear a mask correctly (it was worn under their nose) and some were not wearing a mask at all. Any health professional who does this cannot be trusted with your health.

Dr. Szymczak is an awesome and professional dentist who I have no reservations to refer people to! I think the couple negative reviews should be taken with a grain of salt. The nonsense about wearing masks is ridiculous, from what I have seen they have all taken "necessary" precautions against spreading the the overblown COVID-19 "pandemic". I have never had any insurance or billing issues with this office and I doubt they are ripping anyone off and taking advantage. No way. He has done work for me that another local "highly reputable" dentist started and was actually ripping me off with dozens of x-rays and other unnecessary nonsense.
That has never been the case here! He has corrected some issues I was having and I have no problem whatsoever with having him do any necessary dental work for any of my children. He is a straight up guy. . . And I think the couple negative reviews should be revisited by the reviewers.

So happy I didn’t base my decision to see Dr. Szymczak on the reviews posted. I was impressed from my first call to schedule, to the immaculate condition of the office, and to both Kim and Dr. Bob. Kim went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed.
Dr. Bob was very professional, explained every step of his procedure and was very gentle. I feel like I’ve known them both my whole life. Can’t say enough positive things about this office.
