Dr Szafarek's pratice uses the latest technology and equipment. Whenever I go, there is always something new and improved for my convenience or comfort. I appreciate that she is always on top of her game and offers her patients the best in complete dental care.

Shady business. Sell you services that they know your insurance won’t cover even after telling you that it will be covered. The representative I spoke with prior to getting a cleaning told me my services would be covered per my insurance and that I would only be responsible for the nitrous oxide that I wanted. They now say that the fine print shows that, even though they said that, it’s not a guarantee. They are the ones privy to insurance, not the average customer.
That was never disclosed to me during my conversation before my cleaning. When I’m told something will be covered, by someone who should know what they are talking about, I’m trusting that that information is accurate. I put my trust in their words and that was my mistake. I wouldn’t trust them again.

We love Szafarek Dental, they are like family. My kids are never afraid to go to the dentist and Kim always educates them and myself about oral health.

What a great experience. It takes a lot to impress my 12 yr old daughter, especially when she was always uncomfortable at her last dentist. She loves coming to Dr Szafarek, Kim and Kristi! Even after needing to have an impacted tooth extracted, she couldn't wait to go back for her next cleaning, and talk with Dr Szafarek about her new xray! She loves that Dr Szafarek and Kim talk directly to her.
We have had nothing but wonderful experiences here.
