The staff and dentist are friendly. In April I went for the first time for a routine cleaning. They said I had a cavity, all I could feel was a chip on that tooth. They started the business of filling it. It was deep they said. The dentist asked the hygienist to put Silver Diamine Fluoride in it before she finished up.
IF she did use it I must be allergic. My tooth has been sensitive to debilitating intense pain ever since. I went back 2 weeks later they looked at the X-ray to see if the nerve was near the tooth and it wasn’t. I was told to ride it out or come back for an extraction. Another 10 days passed and then the pain just stopped but the tooth remains sensitive. Then this week, 4 months later the intense pain is back for no reason.
I can’t sleep, can’t chew on that side, can’t tolerate hot or cold. If it was just me, I’d consider this an isolated case. My husband had a filling replaced at the same time and had the same experience. A friend had a filling there in February and she has had extreme sensitivity. My husband and I will not be back.

We have been going to Dental Health Assoc. for almost 30 years. Dr. Ma is the best, very caring. I have to send a shout-out to Mandy for the best cleaning I have ever had. She is meticulous, easy to talk with and she makes sure all that grit is OUT. Seriously, Mandy is a top-notch asset to the team there!

I've been a patient since I was a child, I've never bothered to review the business as its just something I visit every 6 months.
Today I had a wonderful experience with Ashley, she related through conversation that she's relatively new there, as she was able to flawlessly entertain my +1 (my 4 year old had to tag along due to no sitter) and tackle my choppers at the same time!!! You can usually tell when certain people are "worth" more, or that the business prides itself on hiring exceptional people and it truly shown through today! Thanks for your patience Ashley

I would never recommend going to this dentist office. They quote you one price and charge you more. Then when you want to discuss your bill, Sam the receptionist is so rude instead of trying to work with you. If I had insurance they might have treated me better. Can't rip off a cash paying client. Have a credit that Dr. Ma said he would return. Have not see any return. Will not be going back.
