This place is a joke. In 2019 there was a great dentist there she made me my top dentures. My dog ate them. Then covid hit. When I got back in I paid cash for a new pair. Not the same dentist.
I went back 3 times they are crapy and he said if he makes them again they will still be the same. Hahaha so he's adniting he sucks lol never again! Even had a picture of my originals and when the second pair was being made I said it didn't feel right but he didn't want to hear it. I'm done . I will gladly give my money out of pocket to anyplace but them ! And asking for a different dentist is out of the question . Wow

Are you kidding me. Call the day of to reschedule an appointment. I told them as long as we are out by 3pm she says you should be the appointment is 1:45 pm. We'll after 3pm closer to 4pm my son's finally done. This long for a cleaning you must be kidding me. My nephew's bday is this day and we have people waiting on us.

This place just needs to pack it up and don’t do business with the county anymore. The only place that accepts government insurance and the only place in the county with dreadful reviews on their poor performance, accuracy on dentistry work, the lack of empathy, and the lack of educating their clients! The dentist hygienist there has an odd attitude when it comes to explaining what’s going on. No smile, no laughing, not even a simple “hey we understand the mental state of oral care and how that can affect coming in” nothing. Just plain, “brush your teeth and cut soda out” talk. I have health issues.
They didn’t even ask if this was from mental health or anything else. Made me feel bad as if I’m 100% the problem. Just assumed I didn’t brush my teeth due to fear of the dentist. This place don’t care about you or your teeth. I gave you guys one more chance and already seeing new reviews on why I shouldn’t trust you guys again.
So ridiculous. This is WHY people don’t come in. Show more respect and compassion.

Went to have a cavity filled, they could not numb the area correctly. Stuck me with that huge needle 3X & it still was not numb. Ended up leaving without having anything done. These people do not know what they are doing.
It’s sad this is the only place around that takes state insurance that you can actually get into. This is only ONE of the many times I’ve had a horrible experience here. There needs to be somewhere else to go for dental work that isn’t insanely priced
