I called about 8 dentist in my plan but none were taking new patients but these guys. Staff and Dr were very friendly and treated me as an individual not just as a patient. My appointment time was 10:15 and they took me promptly which is huge because you don't want to be sitting in the waiting room forever.
The doctor outlined the plan going forward and they have already scheduled me for the next couple weeks which is also a huge so I'm not waiting. I just want to get it done.

I have been a patient for over 30 years and continue to always have a great experience. The staff is super friendly, the reminder texts and emails help keep me on track with appointments for the whole family. My dental hygienist is always super friendly and upbeat and we always have great catch up sessions. My dentist is always friendly and I appreciate his humor. Overall a great experience!!

My first time here was everything I had hoped for. The staff was welcoming & they went out of their way to get my cleaning done since I was going to have surgery. I am really impressed and am happy I chose Susquehanna West.

Hands down the best dentist I've ever seen. From root canals to crown lengthening to cleanings, there's no place better. Recommend to everyone. I was new to the area and stumbled across this office and am so glad I did.
