I came in on 10/18/2023 as a new patient for both my son and I. We were there for an exam and cleaning and also I had an issue with one of my teeth. First of all - I wouldn't consider any of what was done an "exam". The dentist took one look at a tooth (that I didn't have the issue with) and claimed it was abscessed, before even looking at the x-ray. After looking at the x-ray, you could tell that she did NOT see an abscess. She told me that it would need to be pulled, since there was already a crown on the tooth. Apparently, she didn't know how to fix that. She kept telling me "it must be pulled, it must be pulled". She THEN took a look at my chart and said "oooh. You have insurance through your work? Well, maybe you can get a second opinion. . .

but that may take months and I can pull the tooth here. " BIG RED FLAG!!! Not only that. She pulled a baby tooth from my son WITHOUT doing any x-rays! Where permanent teeth are all around that tooth. I was reluctant to schedule the tooth excision, which I couldn't for one month. . . Even though the tooth was abscessed? (So I didn't schedule it. ) The dentist (no clue of her name because she didn't introduce herself) told the receptionist to get me in ASAP because I was going to be having surgery. So the receptionist told me to call on Monday to get scheduled for when there was a cancelation. I asked her if she could call me since I could NEVER get a hold of them. I can't blame her, as she was the only person working. The tooth that I really needed to be looked at was a broken filling that, apparently, was no issue to this dentist.

That was also alarming. Asking if the tooth was painful and seemed surprised when I said it was. There was a GIANT HOLE IN THE TOOTH. I received that second opinion and the tooth was NOT abscessed, it was a small cavity that was fixed. The other tooth with the hole was also repaired at the other facility I went to. All within the same day. This place definitely wanted to walk over me since I had Meridian insurance, but failed to see that I was ALSO insured through work. You could have definitely made more money off of me if you looked further into it. This place is a JOKE.

Went into their office today first time staff is very friendly very helpful. Very good at their job, took care of me and what I needed sooner they referred me to someone else. That could. Highly recommended.

You can't understand what the doctor is saying. The nurses can be nice but rude at the same time. The day before my son's appointment. At school my son got injured in gym class with bloody nose. Thinking he would be fine for his appointment the next day.

They made my son so mad his nose started to bleed again so we walked out and I made another appointment. My husband took him this time. He went into the back and got the jelly numb and when the doctor came in. He refused to work on my son at the last minute. They don't take notes or they don't talk to each other about what's going on with the patience!

Chasity did a amazing job on mine and my children’s teeth! She quick and detailed, if you want a good cleaning she’s got you! Shes also very nice and funny. Will be going back.
