Worst dentist office everrrr !!!! The receptionist are just as horrible! They don’t know how to properly schedule, how do you schedule me for 2 appointments on 2 separate occasions, just to call back 2 days before to reschedule due to them not knowing when the dentist will be in!!! I accepted the rescheduled appointment just for it to be another 7 months away! Find another dentist office, don’t waste your time here !

If I could give zero stars I would. The absolute most unorganized, rude and down right unprofessional practice I’ve ever experienced. You can’t expect professionalism from the staff if the doctor is worse. Even the building is outdated with no effort to make the experience pleasant. Just aweful

I been coming to the dentist and don’t get me wrong it’s a great place they are wonderful but I been waiting a hold year now for her to continue to finish her job and it like she give me the run around about continuing her job.it’s make me Frustrated ash because with u stared on the work and did get done. I am so disappointed. I have been a client over 20years and for the last 3 to 4years now every time I try to schedule an appointment is almost a 6month to a year out. They might as well say no appointments available. And the out of pocket price is ridiculous every thing has doubled.. This sadness me cause I liked Dr. Crosby
