Willow had a wonderful experience with her first Dental visit at sunshine children's dentistry everyone in the office was very polite and we got in and out of there pretty quick. But I would recommend this dentist to anyone with small children.

I took my son here for a dental visit they worked well with him and he needed to have oral surgery done. They scheduled us an appointment to come for oral surgery but I had second thoughts about it and didn't call and let the nurse know that we wouldn't be coming in for oral surgery that day. I admit that was a mistake on my behalf for not notifying the staff about not coming because of second thoughts about oral surgery. Where I think Sunshine Dentistry was wrong is when they said they wouldn't let my son come back to the office because I didn't notify them about the cancelation.

I understand that but we are all human and make mistakes and should be given a fair chance. Luckily I found my son another great Dental office that does amazing work with him.

Took all 3 of my little kids (ages 2, 4, and 6) at the same time. The office staff were so incredibly kind and patient. Each of my kids had their own chair with their own assigned dental hygienist, and I got to sit with them while they had their cleanings.

Every hygienist was so attentive to each of my kids, making them laugh, showing them each tool and explaining what they would do. One even blew up balloons from gloves and drew faces to keep us laughing. Dare I say we had so much fun?? My kids loved every minute and can’t wait to come back! So grateful we can come here!

I’ve never had a better visit or experience. I called the lady at the front (I cannot remember her name but she said she was new) because we had been unexpectedly been cancelled at another children’s dentist for my son’s cavity filling due to an office problem after. 3 month wait!! We had a very limited time table in which we would be able to be seen due to moving to another country in 2 weeks! I told her I understood she might not be able to help us but she took my number and said she’s see what she could do. She was able to get us in two days later! My son has some pretty intense sensory issues and has never had a good dental visit or been able to get X-rays so we needed a specialist team who understands how to handle him.

When we came in, Karolla was so kind and helpful. She was able to keep my son calm, showed him what she would be doing, handled him with care and was able to get not only the 360 x-rays but even some up close images when he wouldn’t let her do the bite wings. She didn’t get aggressive or mad at him when he resisted. She was SO amazing.

He goes back tomorrow for his filling and he said “I hope Ms Karolla is there again. ” After the initial visit with Dr Bradley they weren’t sure if they’d be able to get us in before our international move but Monica at the front was quick to slide us into a cancellation spot. I appreciate how this staff worked so hard to help us! Not only were they amazing in this aspect, but they were by for the best dental experience we’ve ever had. I wish we had found them years ago!
