After searching quite a while to find an Orthodontist for my son that took our insurance, I found this place! My son has been a patient of this location for almost a year. The office is nice and clean. I love the routine thats set up for patients, come in sign, brush teeth and wait until they call your name (Waiting time is about 10-15 min) which is 10x times better than many other offices where you wait an hr. It's also understandable because he has a lot of patients. The front desk receptionists are very kind & informative when you have questions. Dr Jenkins is also great & very educative. During our first consultation he broke down the process of what my son needed including how my insurance will approve the case. And that was wonderful because I like to know everything in details. After my son was approved they call to set up an appt and sent emails that explained the process, payment everything very clearly.
The day of the Braces you go inside a room where they put on the braces for you (an hr process) then one of the attending staff (orthodontic Asst) gets you the parent & you watch a video with your child in how to take care of braces afterwards. A care bag is also handed to you which includes essentials for the braces. Last, you go to the front and set up your appts, which are monthly. Each month you come in & one of the attending orthodontic Asst. attends to your child and fixes what needs to be done. Dr Jenkins comes at the end to approve it & then tells the staff the next steps for the coming appt. All the attending orthodontic staff & Dr Jenkins are very experienced, knowledgeable, & kind professionals. They also answer any questions you have. My favorite part is if theres an emergency (call the office unless its really bad then they have a separate number where its on call till 9 pm) with your children braces (poking wire, broken part, etc etc) You make a quick call (If they don't answer, leave a message they CALL BACK) and they tell you to come in & they fix it very quick.
I also wanted to express my gratitude to Ari (I hope thats how you spell it) My son had an emergency, I freaked out. I called the emergency line after hours. She came out of her way from what she was doing and attended to my son. Also calmed my nerves from anxiety explaining everything. It's so nice this office provides this type of service to their patients instead of telling you to go to the emergency room in the hospital. Thank you to each and every one of you🤍 So if anyone is scrolling looking for a great orthodontist, with amazing staff then I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU ALL TO CHOOSE THIS PLACE! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! ITS AMAZING.

Getting appointment is easy. School kids don’t need to miss classes because most of the appointments are after school. I really appreciate all the care and excellent job done to my son to have a healthy and straight smile after only 15 months. My kid is happier and filled with confidence.

The care is very good. Everyone is bubbly, and makes sure you feel comfortable while you’re getting your teeth worked on, and just in general. My teeth turned out exceptionally well. I always leave with a smile on my face.

Genuinely enjoyed coming here every appointment everyone made me feel welcomed. Patient and supportive with me each time I came, even if I missed a few appointments they still reassured me on the process. Actually sad that the process is now over but happy that I have a smile that I am proud to show off.
